Paymaster is a financial company partnered with Stripe as an aggregator, authorized to recruit and open users under Stripe, including users from countries not directly supported by Stripe.

1. Paymaster is responsible for customer recruitment, terminal opening, and all financial settlements with the customer.

2. Customer service and technical support for any assistance and training in the system will be provided directly by Stripe. Stripe offers full 24/7 support for any issues.

3. Liabilities and Rights
   A. The customer commits to and is aware that they must comply with the terms of use of Stripe, as stated on the website https://stripe.com/.
   B. The customer acknowledges that they become a customer of Stripe; however, the responsibility for payments and the opening of additional users will be with Paymaster on the website https://getpaymaster.com/.

4. Transaction Disputes
   A. Paymaster informs the customer that for each transaction dispute, Stripe charges a handling fee of €29. Customers must ensure that there are no multiple transaction disputes. Multiple disputes may limit or even cancel your Stripe account.
   B. Paymaster will transfer funds once a month between the 7th and 10th for payments due to the customer for transactions settled from the 1st to the 31st of the previous month. Funds can be received in any bank account worldwide.

5. Confidentiality
   Each party commits to the other that they, their employees, representatives, and anyone on their behalf will maintain complete confidentiality and will refrain from disclosing and/or showing and/or transferring in any way, directly or indirectly, whether personally or through others, including anyone on their behalf, any information that is inherently confidential or a trade secret of the other party ("Confidential Information"), except by explicit permission.
